Founder’s Profile

Hon. Segun Olulade is a distinguished Lawmaker representing Epe Constituency II in the Lagos State House of Assembly. He is passionate about giving and providing opportunities for emerging leaders, especially those who do not have influential personalities around them that could support their talents and potentials for leadership.

Hon. Segun Olulade has a humble beginning; without significant supports, he activated his potentials to a substantial status in the society. He had his early schooling in Epe community of Lagos before proceeding to Lagos State University for tertiary education. He started his post graduate life volunteering, with no job at the time. He struggled to diversify from his core education discipline to business in the environment, which he discovered while volunteering as waste collector towards promoting habitable and descent environment in Lagos State.

He developed political career after succeeding in waste disposal business. He self-mentored himself and broke jinx to become first person to represent his constituency 2 times consecutively in the parliament. He has reputation for supporting young people to excel. He has bagged several awards in leadership and is an honorary citizen of the State of Georgia in the United States of America. He is happily married to Engr. Mosunmola Fowora Olulade and blessed with children.
