Hon. Segun Olulade is a distinguished legislator who represented Epe Constituency II in the Lagos State House of Assembly. He is deeply committed to providing opportunities for emerging leaders, particularly those who lack influential networks to support their leadership potential.
Hon. Olulade’s journey began from humble beginnings. Without significant support, he was able to unlock his potential and rise to prominence in society. He completed his early education in the Epe community of Lagos before attending Lagos State University for his tertiary studies. After graduation, he started his post-graduate life as a volunteer with no formal job. During this time, he shifted from his core academic discipline to business, particularly in waste management, where he saw an opportunity to promote a cleaner, more sustainable environment in Lagos.
His success in the waste disposal business paved the way for his political career. Through self-mentorship and determination, he broke new ground by becoming the first person to represent his constituency for two consecutive terms in the state legislature. Hon. Olulade is well-known for his commitment to empowering young people and helping them succeed. He has received numerous awards for leadership and was honored as an honorary citizen of the State of Georgia, USA.
Hon. Olulade is happily married to Engr. Mosunmola Fowora Olulade, and they are blessed with children.
